Psy works with your clients between sessions inside the plan and approach you set, and your whole practice runs in the same app. The tour on the home page shows what clients and clinicians get; this page is what changes with your license.
For therapists

RTM for mental health
A day counts when your client completes an assigned exercise, meditation, check-in or outcome measure; chats and messages never count. PsyBird totals the days and the minutes you confirm by calendar month, and for each client you bill through insurance it prepares the report and files its claim when you sign. The codes are 98975 (setup), 98978 or 98986 (the supply, which ships switched off) and 98979, 98980 and 98981 (your management time). How RTM works has the detail.
The price
$10 a month for each connected client, plus $1 for each claim PsyBird files, the same as every practice. Nothing is billed before your first real client connects. Pricing has the rest.
Before you start
- You set each client’s plan, approach and limits; Psy never diagnoses or prescribes.
- PsyBird is not monitored in real time and is not a crisis service.
- Clients aged 13 to 17 join with a parent or guardian’s consent, which your practice collects.
