A solo practice adds a card at sign-up and is charged nothing until its first real client connects; a demo client is never billed. A client counts for any month they were connected at any point, with no proration, and a removed client stops counting the next month. A clinic’s seat fee counts every month a clinician was a seat on any day, including the months they join and leave. PsyBird invoices on the 2nd for the month just ended.

Filing a claim with a real payer and posting its answer back, on top of $10 a month for each connected client, for session, visit and RTM claims alike and the same in physical therapy. A correction, a resubmission or a claim to a second plan is a new filing; a void, a test claim or a claim you file yourself is never charged, and coverage checks and the monthly RTM report cost nothing extra. Whether a claim pays depends on your payer, license and coder. You choose a session’s codes; an RTM month’s codes follow the days and minutes it recorded, and file only when you sign its report.

$25 a month for each clinician seat in the clinic, on top of each clinician’s own clients and claims. The owner’s login and every staff login are free and never seats, and each person gets only the access you give them; opening a clinician’s records is read-only and logged, apart from marking attendance and editing billing details for a clinician the clinic bills for. The seat covers the clinic’s own app, one invoice itemized by clinician, invite codes, caseload moves, and clinic billing under your group NPI for the clinicians you choose.

Yes. A solo practice joins with the clinic’s code and brings its clients and records; its seat then moves to the clinic’s invoice, and the clinic can view the practice read-only, apart from attendance and billing details if it bills for that clinician. Leaving goes through the owner, who removes the seat and chooses, client by client, who stays with that clinician; the clinician keeps their account, their records and the clients who stay. A client who moves between practices mid-month is billed for that month once, by the practice they moved to.

The AI isn’t billed per message. Daily and monthly limits apply, and it pauses if one is reached. Until your first client connects, a solo practice runs on a smaller preview allowance.
