Pay for the patients you actually have.

Two plans, and a conversation if you outgrow them. Your bill simply counts the patient accounts connected to your practice, billed monthly after the month ends. Psy’s AI usage is included; there is no per-message metering for you to think about.

Solo practice

$15 / connected patient, per month

Patients come and go and your bill follows your roster: every patient account connected to your practice is $15/month. Remove a patient when you discharge them and your next invoice reflects it. On Medicare, Medicare Advantage, and many BCBS and UHC plans, one engaged patient’s monthly RTM covers PsyBird for six; without reimbursement it is a between-session engagement and outcomes tool at the same flat price.

Plus the same per-patient price as solo: $15 per connected patient, and every patient beyond 50 (counted across your whole clinic) drops to $12. Every therapist keeps their own private account and caseload; the clinic gets one consolidated invoice.

Reimbursement

The between-sessions record, already written.

What your patients do in PsyBird between sessions (assigned exercises completed, check-ins, PHQ-9 and GAD-7 scores) is recorded by the day and shared with you. For therapists whose payers cover Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM), that record plus your measured review time is the documentation the codes ask for. On Medicare, Medicare Advantage, and many BCBS and UHC plans, one engaged patient’s monthly RTM covers PsyBird for six. Your sessions sit on the same calendar, so per-patient superbills come out of the same record. PsyBird keeps it; you decide what to bill.

What PsyBird records

Engagement days: each calendar day a patient completes an assigned exercise, check-in, or measure (chats with Psy never count)
Treatment-management time, measured while you work the chart and on calls, then reviewed and attested by you
Setup and education, documented once per patient when you enroll them
Session attendance: kept, no-show, or late cancel, marked as the week goes

A monthly RTM report per patient, e-signed by you, for your biller
A time log and the activity log, for the month or all of it
Per-patient superbills with CPT, telehealth modifier, place of service, and your NPI

Psy can fill in your billing profile by conversation, look up your NPI in the CMS registry, and export the RTM report, superbill, or monthly summary when you ask.

PsyBird provides the documentation; it does not submit claims, determine coverage, or verify that your license type can bill a given code. Reimbursement varies by payer, eligibility, coding, documentation, and use. Cigna and Aetna currently do not cover RTM. Read how RTM works with PsyBird before you build a month around it.
